Important info for The Rush

The Rush experience starts when you check in at Guest Services, please do so least 15 minutes prior to your booking time.  

Payment for The Rush will be taken at the time of booking. You can cancel or change your booking free of charge up to 24 hours prior to your booking. Any cancellation within 24 hours of the tour is non-refundable and any change (time or date) will incur a $25 change fee per person.

Children under 13 years of age must be accompanied by someone aged 16 or older. Your height must be between 122 – 198cms and your weight between 27 and 125kgs.

 

The Rush is not suitable for persons with any form of health or medical condition that could be made worse by sudden acceleration, movement or motion.  This includes articipants with the following conditions:

• High blood pressure
• Heart condition
• Head injury
• Epilepsy
• Pregnancy
• Back injuries.

We ride The Rush in most conditions, including rain. Please bring appropriate clothing and wear closed toe shoes. Layers are always recommended, even if it seems warm. Wear waterproofs if it’s wet and remember your sun protection on the sunny days.

The Rush involves a short walk from the village to the start of the ride, so please be prepared to walk for approximately 8 minutes (.6km) on varying terrain which can be uneven and includes steps.

If the park is closed due to weather conditions and your Rush experience is cancelled, Guest Services will make contact with you to reschedule free of charge or arrange a full refund.

Bookings are essential. It is recommended to book a week out for weekends or busy periods
